IDL Construction was initially formed to perform exceptional customer service and quality work for homes and businesses with water and mold damage. This division stemmed off of our original business model of locating water leaks in the Tampa Bay area. After locating water leaks, the owners of the homes and businesses looked to us for a referral for interior remodeling and General Contracting work. Every Florida home remodeling contractor we referred could not complete the work without receiving a complaint. Since our company referred these home remodeling contractors, we began receiving complaints in regards to their work. Our philosophy is to ensure customers are happy with our services as well as any companies we refer to their homes or businesses. After a couple of years searching for reliable Florida home remodelers in Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg we decided to get our own General Contractor’s license and perform the home remodeling work in house. With the hundreds of homes we have remodeled in the Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg area, IDL Construction is now performing home remodel services for Pinellas and Hillsborough county homes that have not suffered mold or water damage
Home Remodeling Customer Service
Our in house home remodeling General Contractor, Jack Zolnierowski, will meet with you personally on your project. Since he holds the State of Florida General Contractor’s license for the company, he is responsible per his license to ensure your project is completed in a timely manner as well as upholding the standards of quality and integrity. We encourage all customers to do their homework prior to hiring any Tampa remodeling company. We are an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau and have received an A rating. We were also awarded the Super Service Award from Angie’s list in 2010. This award is only awarded to companies who provide exceptional and quality customer service. You can also check the status of our General Contractor’s license online with the Department of Business and Professional regulation. It does not cost Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater homeowner’s a dime. If you don’t decide to hire us to handle your home  remodel project, please do your due diligence and research any home remodeling contractor you may possibly hire to perform interior remodeling work in your Hillsborough or Pinellas County home or business.
